Loveland
“Lovin’ Life in Loveland” is more than a slogan, it’s a truth. Outdoor recreation galore, miles of bike trails, a vibrant historical downtown, top-level restaurant scene, charming boutiques and shops, beautiful park – we can go on and on about Loveland. It is ranked nationally as one of the best places to live in Ohio.
Loveland is one of the most affluent areas in the region but also accommodates almost any budget. Loveland’s history goes back to the days of George Washington owning property in the area, but it is poised to be a leader in growing into the 21st century and beyond. Known as the Sweetheart of Ohio, Loveland is a must see for any homebuyer.
One of Loveland main attractions is it’s “Rails to Trails”. A 70+ mile long paved bike path that is technically the Little Miami Scenic Bike Trail … but most of us know it as the Loveland Bike Trail. It’s one of the main attractions in Loveland, popular with cyclists, runners, and walkers. Most of the trail runs along what used to be The Little Miami Railroad and goes all the way from Milford to Springfield, Ohio. You can ride your own bike or rent one near the trail.
Over the years, this city has thrived and become known for its outdoor recreation, its bike trail, a vibrant downtown, beautiful parks, and more.
